Leadership:

Leadership? Not by definition.

A Leader – A leader is someone who can see how things can be improved and who rallies people to move toward that better vision. Leaders can work toward making their vision a reality while putting people first. Just being able to motivate people isn’t enough; leaders need to be empathetic and connect with people to be successful.

Leadership ? Just look out your front door, drive down the street or walk down the street. Not the same America that can be remembered; our government has commended this behavior.

Law makers, government employees, appointed government employees, elected officials have immunity from their inappropriate decisions? No. There is a need for accountability for all, especially when you are making decisions about the impacts that will have on others lives.

Executive orders that took away Freedoms for everyday Americans but not the chosen one’s.

The chosen one’s; our government, elected officials, appointed government employees and government employee’s that did not have to endure the pain and suffering, especially financially.

Our government, elected officials, appointed government employees and government employees did not suffer any financial burden or loss of benefits.

“We The People” who pay these very wages and benefits (plus the perks) for our government, elected officials, appointed government employees and government employees suffered the financial losses and burdens.

Except, you got it!  The chosen one’s. After all these are the chosen elected officials and government employee’s that “We The People ” placed in these positions all while being paid and the benefits received from tax payer dollars. Sacrifice – Not on the chosen one’s behalf.

A Leader should lead by example “For The People”.

These elected officials, appointed government employees and government employees wanted everyone to sacrifice their Freedoms and in some cases put their lives and their families lives at risk.

“Essential Workers” IE: Hospitals, Grocery Stores, Fire Fighters, Public Transportation, News Outlets, Limited Policing, etc.

Sooner or later everyone would have to go to a grocery store; more interaction there than any government entity would have people gathering.

“Essential Workers” If our government entities are not “Essential”, then why do we have them? Because they are “Essential”. Which would classify them as “Essential Workers”.

“We The People ” might make a point that there is lots of wasted taxpayer dollars to facilitate some of these government programs. That may very well be true in some instances. Something that needs to be looked at in an appropriate fashion and addressed accordingly.
